The rice feels like the kind we grew up eating at home. The Gondia story makes the purchase feel personal.
Priya, PuneIt took leaving Gondia to realise how special home really was.
I grew up in Gondia, where rice from our own farm was simply part of life. I never had to think about buying rice from a supermarket. Then I moved to Pune. Suddenly, I was buying rice from the market and I noticed that the taste, texture and experience were not the same as the rice I had grown up eating.
That small realisation became a bigger question: Why shouldn't people outside Gondia be able to experience the rice that we grew up with?
NEAVE AGRO was born to bring Gondia's everyday rice to more homes while helping create a closer connection between the people who grow our food and the people who eat it.
